The Application for Spring and Fall 2023 admission cycles is currently unavailable. The anticipated launch date of the application is November 1.
We strongly encourage you to review our Application Requirements prior to starting your application.
The Office of Admissions launches applications well before the deadline dates. We strongly encourage you to start your application as soon as possible and submit it well before the published deadline. Applications submitted after a deadline are moved to the next available deadline, and no application will be considered after the Rolling deadline.
Due to course sequencing, not all graduate programs are open for Spring admission. There are programs that offer Spring admission to all applicants, while others only to currently enrolled non-degree or graduate certificate students. Check the table below to see which programs offer Spring Admission.
If your preferred program of study is not listed below, that means it is not accepting applications for this Spring round.
* Applicants applying by the rolling deadline will be considered on a space-available basis. MSM applicants are not eligible for rolling admission as classes for the program commence in the summer.
MSE, ME IESM, and MS CIS program applicants with no corresponding educational background, if admitted, should take summer preparatory courses starting June. We encourage these applicants to apply by early or regular admissions. As for rolling applicants, approach the corresponding programs by the end of May to check, even if they have not yet submitted an application yet. Refer to point 8 of admissions.aua.am/graduate/application-requirements regarding educational background requirements for these programs.
Admission to the American University of Armenia is competitive as there are more applicants than spaces available. If you are not offered admission to AUA, we welcome you to reapply in the future.
