AUA practices holistic admissions. We select students who have the skills and ability to succeed at AUA and ensure that AUA is well suited to their educational and career goals. Once you submit your application, it is screened for technical eligibility. Complete and eligible applications are then reviewed by the Academic Program Admissions and the Graduate Admissions Committees. Read more

Financing your education is an integral part of your studies at AUA from the time of your admission to the completion of your degree. Students in degree programs sign a contract with AUA upon enrollment, which establishes their tuition for the contract duration. Read more

The Application for Admission to Graduate Studies for Fall 2024 is available at admissions.aua.am/apply. We strongly encourage you to review our Application Requirements webpage prior to starting your application.
We encourage you to start your application as soon as possible and submit it well before the published deadline. Make sure to submit a complete application and attach all the required documents to your application by the graduate admission deadline you intend to apply.

*The rolling deadline is only open to programs that still have capacity and is not applicable to programs which start during the summer term.
* Applicants applying by rolling admission will be considered on a space-available basis.
* MSMA applicants are not eligible for rolling admission as classes for the program commence in the summer.
* MSE, MEIESM, and MSCIS applicants with no corresponding educational background, if admitted, should take summer preparatory courses starting June. Such applicants are encouraged to apply either by early or regular admission. Those who miss any of these deadlines, are advised to approach the corresponding programs before the end of May to check their eligibility even if they have not submitted an application yet. Refer to point 8 of admissions.aua.am/graduate/application-requirements regarding educational background requirements for these programs.
Admission to the American University of Armenia is competitive as there are more applicants than spaces available. If you are not offered admission to AUA, we welcome you to reapply in the future.
