Sose 36 Dormitory - Currently, AUA offers limited, affordable student housing* in a secure, gated area a short walking distance away from the University. Located at Sose 36, the dormitory has two floors for male and female students. Each floor offers furnished double rooms ranging from 12 to 16 square meters and shared bathrooms and showers. The dorms come equipped with a small kitchenette on each floor and laundry service is available on site. The dormitory also offers high speed WiFi access. Priority consideration is given to international and non-Yerevan based students. Laundry service is available for a small fee. The monthly price is 45,000AMD per person for double room occupancy while the cost for a single room is 90,000AMD.
Student Residence Hall in Dzoragyugh - Once in-class instruction resumes at AUA, the University will open the doors of its newly built student residence in Dzoragyugh, a 25 minute walk from the University. The five story building will house up to 56 students in single, double, and triple occupancy rooms, each furnished with beds, side tables, desks, wardrobes, and a bathroom. The first floor will house a hall for communal activities, a shared kitchen, and a study area. The Dzoragyugh residence will be fully accessible for disabled students. The preliminary monthly costs are as follows:

* If there is no space in AUA's Student Residence Hall, we will support you in securing off-campus housing near AUA. Note, however, the ultimate cost depends on your preference and usually does not include utilities and internet.
Priority consideration is given to international and non-Yerevan based students. Enrolled students who request housing will be asked to complete an application form and roommate questionnaire for review and approval in August 2020. Students who are confirmed for housing will then need to sign a Service Contract prior to moving in.
