Housing

In Fall 2020, AUA will open its newly built Student Residence Hall in Dzoragyugh, a short 20 minute walk from the University. The four story building will house up to 56 students in single and double occupancy rooms, each furnished with beds, side tables, desks, wardrobes, and a bathroom. The first floor will house a space for communal activities, a shared kitchen, and a study area. The Dzoragyugh residence will be fully accessible for disabled students. The preliminary monthly costs are as follows:

Room Type Monthly Fee per Student
Single Room (with balcony) 160,000AMD/month
Single room (no balcony)  140,000AMD/month
Double room (with balcony) 85,000AMD/month
Double room (no balcony) 75,000AMD/month
Off-campus Housing Estimated 150,000-250,000AMD/month

The monthly cost listed above includes internet, utilities, and all taxes. Additional fees such as a residence application fee, deposit fee, and others may apply. Fees are also subject to change.

* If there is no space in AUA's Student Residence Hall, we will support you in securing off-campus housing near AUA. Note, however, the ultimate cost depends on your preference and usually does not include utilities and internet.

Priority consideration is given to international and non-Yerevan based students. Enrolled students who request housing will be asked to complete an application form and  roommate questionnaire for review and approval in August 2020. Students who are confirmed for housing will then need to sign a Service Contract prior to moving in.
